This might not be the newest home on the block but it certainly has incredible views, so many unique features and no bridges to the ICW and Gulf of Mexico. Just one house from the end of this dead end street and straight out to open water, this Vintage concrete block, contemporary style home sits on the canal with concrete seawall, dock, davits, and also has beautiful bay/ICW views across the street. Step inside and you will be amazed; the expansive windows, original vaulted, beamed and pine ceilings, and terrazzo floors throughout, are all in pristine condition. The Great room floor plan is open and bright with a large Florida room across the back and a glass enclosed porch on the front as well. The kitchen is an unexpected surprise; contemporary cabinets follow the contour of the ceiling with a double row of upper cabinets, a large bowl stainless sink, wall oven, cooktop, and a view to the canal. You must see this home to appreciate its charm and it is fully furnished for your convenience. Take the visual tour and call for your appointment today!
