BIG PRICE REDUCTION!! Great bones here. Property is sitting on 1.2 acres, cul-de-sac on the water. The AC is newer, the pool was just resurfaced, newer pool equipment. The home along with the driveway, sidewalk, shed, and pool deck was just pressure washed. The exterior of the home was just freshly painted. All new landscaping was just put down. Huge screened enclosed pool. A little bit of cosmetic work will go a long way here, but a lot of the work also has been done as well. Close to shopping. Citrus Park Mall nearby.
