Handyman needed....But a solid house that can be completed with a little "elbow grease" and not a lot of money. Good roof with aluminum soffit and fascia...mostly newer windows in 2006...smaller pool built in 1999, with new cage in 2005...two A/C's, bothin good working condition....Hurricane shutters....Kitchen needs some work, but cabinets in decent shape. Sold "as is" with right to inspect.
