You will feel the pride in ownership the minute you drive up to this very well maintained and updated residence. The yard is lush and wonderfully landscaped. This 3/2/2 pool home welcomes you with its neutral tones and open floor plan. The owners have updated all aspects of the house from the redone kitchen with wood cabinets, moveable island and custom lighting; classically done bathrooms with high end features and fixtures including custom shower in the Master with a 6 function sprayer and seat plus a Jacuzzi tub in the guest; spacious bedrooms; laminate floors and 18" tiles; security system; and a solar heated pool with an ample covered seating area as well as deck space. Most of the mechanicals have been updated in the past few years (please inquire for a complete list) making this home move-in ready and adding a peace of mind that it has been well taken care of by the original owners. Furnishings are negotiable with just a few exclusions.
