3/2/2 pool home with southern exposure in desirable section 15 with city water and sewer! Built with pride from Cornerstone Homes in 1994 and lovingly maintained by the original owners since. Used as a second home but kept up with pest control, lawn service, a/c maintenance contract, alarm system etc. Three sets of sliders(two pocketing) to the lanai plus the pool bath door make for easy living. The over sized master has room for your treadmill, desk or easy chair! Walk in roman style shower and second bath show as new like the rest of the home. Irrigation system for the yard keeps the curb appeal high along with mature plantings, concrete curbing and a sidewalk around the garage side to the pool. No dissapointments here!
