This home is convenient to shopping but has a "country feel". It is located near Bok Tower and has a view of pasture and rolling hills. It was built to take advantage of the scenery with French doors that go out to a private patio. It has 12' ceilings and feels open and spacious. It has a large and private Master Bedroom and a large, open kitchen and den area as well as an office and large laundry room. The owner just obtained an estimate from a certified roofer to replace the roof. The estimate was for 13,500 and the seller will allow for that amount in any offer.
