Charming historic home located on a large double lot in the heart of Downtown New Port Richey. Walking distance to everything... Sims Park, Orange Lake and all the shops and restaurants located on Main Street. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a 2nd floor loft area. The history of this home is unclear, but the actual date could be older than 1940. This home is thought to have originally been a carriage house with a kitchen on the second floor (where the loft is located). Then the downstairs kitchen and living area was added years later. This home has tons of potential for you to make it your own; renovate, add-on or rebuild... the possibilities are endless!
