The association takes care of the roof, sprinkler water, paint outside. A very low maintenance unit. Your only expenses are phone and utilities inside of home. You are close to the mailroom, pool, activity center, hair salon and library. A must see unit. There is an extra sound barrier between units, new Corian counter tops in kitchen, new vanity in bath that is raised, plus commodes are higher. Pergo floor in great room and kitchen.
